Publisher: Ipsos MORI

Year Published: 2019

Date Added: September 10, 2021

Resource Type: Research report

This report focuses on gambling-related harm for children and youth. It outlines harms experienced by children and youth as related to financial, development, and health. It also presents a framework of harm for children and youth. The report builds from work developing a framework for adults. A framework for children is needed because they experience harms from gambling in a different way from adults. The framework is based on:

  • Focus groups with young people aged 13 to 18
  • A workshop with professionals and researchers in gambling who work with youth
