This pre-conference session was held on December 1, 2020 ahead of the New Horizons in Responsible Gambling 2021 Conference. The speakers explore collaborations with the financial industry to reduce gambling-related harms. This would include data analysis to better understand gambling behaviours and spending. The speakers also discuss designing tools to offer customers more control over their financial lives. An example would be adding spending blocks to customer accounts. These approaches can assist customers in improving their financial well-being.
