This study evaluated BCLC's Voluntary Self Exclusion program from the view of participants. The Voluntary Self-Exclusion program allows customers to self-exclude from BC gambling venues and the PlayNow site. The study includes qualitative feedback and statistics. It collected data on:Program usage rates,The number of users who did not re-enter gaming venues during exclusion,Effects of the program on gambling behaviour,Demographic characteristics of program enrollees, andChanges in gambling problem symptoms during the exclusion period.The report includes recommendations to improve the Voluntary Self-Exclusion program. This is the second longitudinal review of the program, with the first published in 2011.
