This study examined past-year gambling involvement among employees of MGM Resorts International and their viewpoints on the effectiveness of GameSense, MGM's responsible gambling program. The researchers found that employees who identified as Asian, those with more years working in the gambling industry, those with high level of contact with people (e.g., Front of House casino operations), and those working at non-Las Vegas MGM properties were more likely to view GameSense as effective.
