A discussion of experiences of gaming providers who are introducing the self-exclusion concept in non-traditional settings including bingo and video lottery. This presentation focusses on the experience of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation. It provides the opportunity to discuss the rationale for expansion, communication challenges, managing attempts to play and linkages with counselling programs.
