Most people who have gambling problems do not seek treatment. The Don’t Gamble with Health (DGWH) pilot project in London, United Kingdom offers gambling support and treatment to people who suffer gambling harm. It also offers training to betting shop staff. This report describes the evaluation that Chrysalis Research did of the DGWH pilot project. The evaluation team assessed how valuable the project is to clients, the gambling industry, and local partner organizations. Chrysalis Research determined that the DGWH project is valuable. Overall, people with gambling problems and staff from the gambling industry and partner organizations gave positive feedback about the project and its service. The report provides recommendations on how the DGWH team could maintain their success and improve the project.
