Recommendations to reduce harm include:
- Include gambling in the Health Education Curriculum.
- Develop education programs for parents and carers.
- Classify loot boxes and skin betting as forms of gambling in legislation.
- Develop criteria and technology to identify problem spending on loot boxes.
- Prevent gambling operators from acting as title sponsors for sports clubs.
