GREO is committed to building research and KTE capacity in the gambling research community. We provide funding for GREO Knowledge Hubs within Ontario universities that have an existing foundation of gambling research activity. Based on the local research expertise, each of the Hubs will have a specific area of concentration.
With the support of GREO, the Hubs will offer strong opportunities for graduate students to enhance their KTE capacity and move research forward to create a greater impact. Students will learn to advance their KTE practices, assess their research, and create products intended to reduce the knowledge to action gap. The Hubs will also collaborate with GREO and other responsible gambling stakeholders to provide support for Evidence Exchange requests.
